Agbon Kingdom Mourns the passing of our Monarch
The Otota of Agbon on Friday 21/9/12 announced the transition of HRM Ogunrimerime Okpara 1 on 21st June, 2012 at the age of 77. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his people, Delta State and humanity.

Ogurimerime, Ogurimerime, Ogurimerime, so the light has eventually set at God’s own time, your time. For 77 years you were here, you left your foot print here on earth. For 54 years you led the people of Agbon Kingdom with Grace, Dignity and Strides. You have finished your race; we can all see it that you ran a good race. You can now tender a report to your maker, a duty that we shall all perform at the end of time. End that beckon on everyone only according to the makers wish. We love you but he who made heaven and earth loves more. Sleep well my King, you deserve a peaceful rest. Goodnight my Ovie, Goodnight.
